SOME CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT CAUSES OF THE POLTERGEIST by Carlos Alberto Tinoco.

In this article the author examined the poltergeist from several points of view.
He has looked for patterns in the occurrences which may help in the design of research, and he has looked for patterns which may point to the nature of RSPK.

The cases have a basic similarity consisting of spontaneous and repetitive physical occurrences, usually movements of objects or percussive sounds.

Over and above this similarity there is variability which seems to be due to the parapsychological, social, and other circumstances of the focal personal.

A small proportion of RSPK agents have been diagnosed as suffering from the disturbances of central nervous system (i.e. epilepsy), and some comments and theories are exposed (authors such as Roll, Hyslop, Carrington, Rogo, Stevenson, Percia de Carvalho, Gauld & Cornell, Alvarado, Machado and Zollner).

A theory for RSPK, however, must be done than a simple extension of neurology.
RSPK ocurrences are psychophysical.
